On 29 October 2025<\/strong>, we held our annual client event \u201cExport Financing as a Sales Promotion Instrument\u201d<\/strong><\/em> together with our partner company XportFinance AG (XFi)<\/strong> at the Zunfthaus zur Zimmerleuten in Zurich.We were delighted to welcome numerous clients, business partners, and network contacts of AIL and XFi to this occasion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manuel Enriquez<\/strong>, Head of Sales at Z\u00fcnd Systemtechnik AG <\/strong>in Altst\u00e4tten, provided fascinating insights into the company\u2019s sales strategy and demonstrated how the targeted use of SERV-backed export financings<\/strong> – structured and implemented by XFi – has significantly contributed to the global sales success of Z\u00fcnd\u2019s cutting systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following that, Mathias Meier<\/strong>, Managing Director of Bartholet Maschinenbau AG <\/strong>in Flums – a globally leading company in ropeway systems, mechanical engineering, and lighting technology – shared first-hand experience from the SERV-backed project financing <\/strong>of the first urban transportation ropeway project <\/strong>in the holy Indian city of Varanasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The presentation by Heribert Knittlmayer<\/strong> of the Swiss Export Risk Insurance (SERV)<\/strong>, who discussed current developments and challenges at SERV, as well as a subsequent panel discussion with the speakers, Daniel Diegelmann<\/strong>, Managing Director of XportFinance AG, and Andres Heusser, Managing Director of AIL, rounded off the professional part of the evening<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event concluded with a joint dinner<\/strong>, offering ample opportunity for engaging discussions particularly about the current situation and future of the Swiss export industry in a pleasant and collegial atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\t\t\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
