New Advisor at AIL Structured Finance

We are pleased to welcome Dominik Loroff as Advisor at AIL Structured Finance.

Dominik brings extensive experience in banking, capital markets and debt financing. As a portfolio manager, he successfully managed assets of €300 million and has supported numerous venture financing transactions. His expertise spans equities, fixed income, and structured financing solutions.

Before joining AIL, Dominik worked for institutions such as BayernLB, Hartz, Regehr GmbH, PACTA, and Scalable Capital, and co-founded TULA Capital. At Scalable Capital, he contributed to the company’s transformation from a robo-advisor and neo-broker into one of Europe’s leading securities institutions. Most recently, at TULA, he advised growth-stage companies on equity and debt financing strategies, including investor matching, negotiations, and financial modelling.

Dominik is a CFA charterholder and holds a degree in business administration. At AIL, he will support our clients with financing and risk management solutions, further strengthening our advisory capabilities.
